The Cleveland Cavaliers are an NBA team in the Central Division of the Eastern Conference. In all their time of playing the sport of basketball their biggest highlight is winning the 2016 NBA Championship against the Golden State Warriors in 2016. They somehow managaed to win 3 games in a row after going down 3-1 to star the series. The current situation in Cleveland is that during the start of this year they traded for a older all star point guard "James Harden" and giving away and younger all star guard "Darius Garland." With this decision made you can tell the Cavs aren't looking to win in a few years but are currently in a win now situation. The Cavs have another great all star shooting guard "Donovan Mitchell" and two great young power forwards and centers in "Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley." They seem to have all the pieces needed for a championship contending team but are currently down 2-1 to the Detroit Pistons in the second round of the playoffs. I think that if this season doesn't lead to at least an Eastern Conference Finals appearence there may need to be some changes in management or with the players.
